BEC/BDA Support Team-These individuals support the BEC's and BDA's in the field. This includes field pricing. They also have the capability to forward any special documentation or agreements.
Director of Education Services-This person is in charge of all education and training services offered by Occentra. This includes all training of clients, customers, staff, Business Empowerment Coaches, independent contractors, Source Network Members, affiliates, suppliers and associates. Training and education through Mentor One and Occentra University.
Chief Financial Officer-Finance/Accounting Team-Responsible for all tax compliance, cost accounting and budget review. This team also reviews the numbers on our business plans and other financial documentation . They work closely with all of the organizing companies ( Occentra Brands, Inc and Occentra Management Company).
Chief Attorney-Legal Team-This team that understands business law, securities law and corporate governance. They must have a firm understanding of corporations, LLC's and partnerships. They will write and review all of our contracts and agreements. They must also be able to competently handle litigation. Like the CPA team, they will work closely with all 3 organizing companies.
Human Resources/SNM Coordinator-A strong-willed and knowledgable Human Resources generalist. Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well with highly diverse and scattered sets of people. They must understand benefits, independent contractor law, training, EEO etc. This person is responsible for coordinating project teams based on the Occentra specifications. This person is also responsible for the recruiting aspects of the Occentra Speakers Bureau and Occentra Source Network. Responsible for managing all BEC/BDA recruiting paperwork. They support all 3 organizing companies.
CIO / Systems Engineer-Strong-willed generalist. Understands the building blocks for databases, e-commerce, web design, LAN's, proprietary software development, etc. Must have multiple certifications. This person will be responsible for designing the project, creating project budgets and coordinating work with freelance and contract IT personnel. Will support all 3 organizing companies.
MBA Team-Requires a strong finance background with corporate engineering, business systems and strong analysis skills. Their primary responsibilities are corporate engineering, think tanking and trend analysis.
Media and Communications Coordinator-Every project that Occentra is involved in will be documented by the MCC and converted to one or several types of media to be distributed or sold to Occentra customers, clients and our publics. This person coordinates the efforts of all of the freelancers necessary to complete each media project. Media projects will include case histories, books, pamphlets, CD's, DVD's, white papers (Although most white papers will be written by in-house staff and teams, particularly MBA teams), video, movies, Power Point presentations, promotional/ public information web pages, etc.
Marketing / Public Relations Manager-This person is responsible for the distribution of all of the media created by Occentra. They are responsible for coordinating all internet and traditional advertising/promotional/marketing efforts. They use various freelancers from the Occentra Source Network as needed. This person also coordinate efforts with the BEC and BDA organizations
Telemarketers and Phone Surveyors
Chief Research and Resourcing Specialist-This person is responsible for articulating our research and resourcing goals to freelance researchers and resourcers. They coordinate all of the research and resourcing efforts. They have the responsibility of controlling the cost of our research and resourcing needs. They are responsible for all costing for projects.
Resource Finders are responsible for locating new and unique resources to distribute through our system. They initiate the initial contact with the new resource and start the negotiation process.
Senior Executive Assistant-This person must be a real "take charge" leader. This person must be highly energetic, extremely bright with a minimum of an associates degree in secretarial sciences or related field. An excellent communicator with honesty and loyalty being their greatest assets. A good planner and time manager. This person will have clear standards and benchmarks to meet and will be rewarded for accomplishing them. Much of their work will involve dealing with the administrative aspects of working with independents and freelancers of all types including virtual Executive Assistants.
Receptionist/Clerical-A person that can greet guests, file, data entry and assist the Senior Executive Assistant.
Executive Assistants- These individuals may be virtual and independent and will work under the direction of the in-house Senior Executive Assistant.
